Frequently Asked Questions

What is your return policy?

  • If you are returning an item due to damage or defect, we will send you a prepaid shipping tag to send the product back.

  • If you are returning an item for a reason other than damage or defect, you will be responsible for all shipping costs. If you received free shipping on your order, we will deduct our outbound shipping costs from your refund.

  • Most items are returnable within 30 days of receipt of order. Items must be unused undamaged and in original packing. Items not returned in original packaging will be refused.

  • Items returned due to buyer remorse, buyer error, no longer wanted/needed or better price available, may incur up to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Restocking fees may be charged on non-warranty returns.

  • Any item being returned as defective will be tested and inspected upon receipt.

  • Any returned items that are not defective or damaged, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • If your item arrives damaged/defective due to shipping please refuse delivery and contact us right away. If you are not able to refuse delivery, please contact us right away and do not discard any of the packing material. We will then process an RMA for your order.

  • Items returned altered, modified, written on, marked, missing parts or not including all original parts are not eligible for refund.

  • When a prepaid label is sent to you, the item must be dropped off and scanned in by the carrier within 14 days of your receiving label.

Do you offer gift cards?

We are trying a gift card option on this site. It can be found under the Gift Card tap. We have never offered this option before so we are not sure how this is going to work. If there are issues with it we will cancel the program and issue you a refund for you gift card.

What are the payment options?

We currently accept all major credit cards. we are looking into options for accepting precious metals but haven't figured out how to do that online. If you would like to pick up your items in person than precious metals would be an option.

What is your shipping policy?

  • We will ship your items within 1 Buisness Day.

  • You can select the shipping provider you feel will give you the best service and we will do our best to accomodate your request.

  • Around the Holidays, delays in shipping times may arise. Please be mindful that shipping times are an estimate and not a gaurantee.

  • If you need fast shipping, we can quote you a UPS shipping on your order. Last year, UPS was the most organized and timely shipping method. UPS no longer gaurantees shipping times though.
